TOURISTIC
Paris is known for being the city of beauty and culture. There are attractions for all tastes and ages; whether you are in a large group or even alone. There are many options for those interested in history, gastronomy, fashion, arts, ... or just looking for fun.
So, globally, like the city itself, we've put together a list of tourist attractions so you can plan ahead. our selection includes much more than museums and monuments. See, above, the specific pages of the attractions that want to know.. There you will find timetables, maps, tips, and also an image gallery so you can evaluate the place according to your personal interests. All this will help you to decide, according to your time, the Paris you will visit and keep memories.
Paris has the advantage of having an excellent transport system, the that makes it so much easier! In a short time you move from one point to another, even if it seems distant. It is also a very pleasant city to walk around. And often this is the best way to get to know the city. When you're there, the every moment, you will notice a corner for a photo; choose one of the many cafes to relax, discover a square...Don't worry if you realize that you won't be able to see everything. It is not possible to see everything at all!
Paris is a city always full of tourists. Throughout the year you will find people from different places, speaking different languages, but just like you: wanting to meet and enjoy everything!
So, here are some tips that will help you get to know many of the tourist attractions listed:
Museums, monuments, churches, squares, gardens... In Paris, there is no shortage of places that deserve the title of “postcard of the city” or that, culturally, are of spectacular wealth and interest. Even if you go often, there will always be news, amazing places to visit and new directions to follow.
Our list of sights is quite compact. We consider, in addition to our experience, information from official websites, highly regarded and respected guides by public opinion, as well as books, websites, magazines and interviews.
Far from reaching completeness, we have tried to expose the most cited and sought after and some that, despite not being so, are unmissable in our opinion.
- Spend (or rather, gain) some time understanding the location of the main points you want to meet; For this, put it next to your reading the map of subway, the city map and the table you can find on this page with the timetables and websites for each location. It's all you need to put together your script yourself. You can think about structuring it grouping the locations by nearby regions. This is a good option, but don't include, for example, 2 big museums or 2 big parks. You'll get tired more and probably won't be able to enjoy it as much;

-Think about buying the Paris Museum Pass so as not to waste too much time in the queues. With it you have access to many museums and monuments. See your interest and check the website for the museums and monuments to which the pass entitles you to admission. Another option, if you are not going to visit many places or these are not included in the Museum Pass, is to buy your ticket in advance online. You can and should do this for popular places, such as the Eiffel Tower, Musée D'Orsay, among others;
-See our post - Paris in 1 day – you have several indications and options on how to get to know these places using the tourist bus; see also the post – 5 days in Paris . There you will find a roadmap with suggestions already grouped. You can use this roadmap and adapt it, including or excluding locations according to your interest;

(...) Paris is divided into 20 arrondissements (administrative divisions), following the shape of a snail, clockwise. The first are the most central and there are the most visited tourist attractions.
Every postal code in the city, which cannot be missing from the addresses, is formed by 750XX, where XX designates the arrondissement (1er, 2ème,
3ème, ..., 20ème).
This form of orientation is especially useful when you want to combine tours and attractions in the same morning or afternoon. This makes your choice a lot easier, so you don't waste time and manage to optimize your itinerary.(...)
