Edouard André and Nélie Jacquemart were lovers of the arts. He, heir to a family of bankers, and she, an artist, collected works from various parts of the world. In the mansion where they lived, today the museum, in addition to the architecture, which in itself is worth a visit, the exquisite works are on display, as well as all the furniture, upholstery and personal items of the couple. Also check out the temporary exhibitions, always in great taste.

The beautiful winter garden and the sumptuous staircase are much admired by visitors.

In one of the dining rooms of the former mansion, the Café is one of the most beautiful tea rooms in Paris. A wide variety of cakes prepared by renowned chefs is a great choice for a little rest. At lunchtime, quick meals are served.

Interestingly, during each exhibition, the Jacquemart-André Café offers a menu specially adapted to the theme.
